Downloading Your QR Code
The Download button opens a dropdown with six formats, covering everyday sharing all the way up to print-shop-ready vector files.
Choosing a format
- PNG — best all-purpose choice, sharp at any size, supports transparency.
- JPG — smaller file size, no transparency. Fine for quick sharing.
- GIF — legacy raster format with a limited color palette.
- SVG — vector, scales to any size with no quality loss. Best if you need to edit it further.
- PDF — vector, print-ready, drops straight into documents and page layouts.
- EPS — vector, for print shops and design software like Illustrator.
On mobile
On a phone, you can also press and hold the QR code preview itself to bring up your browser's native save/share menu — useful for quickly saving an image without opening the Download dropdown.
